You may not like the flappy bottom end.. but for slower music it has a teruly fat rythm sound that sits awesome in a mix.I would say the RR50 is the only new Orange thats teruly good for metal. Especially if you don't tune lower than C.. cause then the bottom end goes all stoner haha. It needs a 808 or something in front tho.I use a Maxon TOD9 with the tube all the way up for boosting sounds great.. doesnt cut the low end like a TS.Love the Mark IV and V vids .and the amps.. totally different ballgame compared to the oranges. They do this by borrowing a shit load of money from banks in the name of "implementing a new business plan to make the business more profitable". Then they immediately scalp their fee for their services off the top of these loans, which I believe they can name their price. Then they take the money and run not really caring what actually happens to the company because they already got their loot. Can anyone give some insight/clarification of this? I saw a couple of local, long time music stores go out of business here in Fresno because they lost a lot of business from churches and school districts (due to price of course, not service). These were very friendly, humble, and knowledgeable owners and store employees. Everytime I walk into a GC I just take a look around and see guitars with missing knobs, horribly out of tune, and very depressed unknowledgeable employees. I hope the sink quickly!
